WHAT WE

DO

WE DRY THE LEATHER THROUGH HIGH TECHNOLOGY.

Drying is one of the most important processes in leather production, as it is a key factor in the quality of the final product, since dried leather has a better resistance to tearing, greater durability and a more uniform appearance.

WHAT WE DO

ISO AFDRY

BAUCE

This process involves a specific technique designed to improve the quality of the leather during the drying stage.

We ensure that the leather is in a suitable condition and properly conditioned. In this process the leather is pressed and stretched helping to achieve an even drying rate and prevent issues like cracking or warping.

Various quality checks are performed to ensure the leather maintains its desired properties. This includes monitoring the moisture content and adjusting as necessary, all to produce high-quality leather with consistent characteristics.

WET STRETCH

This process ensures that leather retains its shape and structure while drying.
Overall, the wet stretch leather drying process is essential for achieving high-quality leather products by controlling the
leather’s form and preventing issues.

VACUUM

Vacuum drying is especially useful for high quality leather products where it is crucial to maintain the integrity of the leather.

The leather is placed on metal plates at a low temperature to allow the water to evaporate. Thetemperature is carefully controlled to ensure that the leather dries evenly and is not overheated or damaged. The leather is placed by hand to prevent wrinkles.

Overall, the vacuum drying process offers a sophisticated and controlled approach to leather drying, allowing the leather to be dried at low pressure and low temperature which helps preserve the quality of the leather and
improves the quality of the final product.

TAIC

TAIC "Thermo-Air Intermittent Circulation" process, is designed to enhance the efficiency and quality of the drying process.

The leather is placed in a specialized drying chamber that employs the TAIC method. This chamber is designed to control temperature, humidity, and airflow precisely.

The process uses controlled thermal energy to provide consistent heat. This helps in evaporating the moisture from the leather efficiently.

The intermittent air circulation helps in achieving a more even drying process, reducing the risk of localized overheating or uneven moisture removal and helps in preserving the leather’s natural properties, such as its texture and flexibility.

TAIC process represents an advanced approach to leather drying, combining precise control of environmental conditions with efficient drying techniques.

LTD DRYING

This process involves a specific technique designed to improve the quality of the leather during the drying stage.

Various quality checks are performed to ensure the leather maintains its desired properties. This includes monitoring the moisture content and adjusting as necessary, all to produce high-quality leather with consistent characteristics.

AIR DRYING

The air-drying process for leather is a traditional and straightforward method used to remove moisture from
leather. This method relies on natural ventilation and ambient conditions to dry the leather by hanging it on
racks to allow air to circulate freely around it. This helps in an even drying process and prevents the leather
from becoming misshapen.

Regular checks are made to ensure that the leather is drying uniformly and to prevent issues such as uneven
drying, which can lead to warping or cracking.

STAKING

The buffing process is used to improve the appearance and texture of leather. The leather is
subjected to mechanical action from light sanding leaving a clean, smooth surface by removing
small imperfections and uneven areas and to enhance its aesthetic qualities.

This process is key in leather manufacturing and we can achieve a high-quality finish that will enhance the
overall look and feel of the leather product.

MEASURING

In measuring process is recorded in a detailed manner, noting thickness, length,
width, and any other relevant dimensions.

The recorded measurements are checked against client specifications and quality
standards to ensure that the leather meets the required criteria.

This process contributes to the overall success and consistency of leather production.
